I have mild telangiectasias and this product, I would say, reduces redness to about 80% almost instantly when it is applied on my cheeks. You only need a little as the product glides on your skin very smoothly and there was no irritation and great it's fragrance-free. Considering this is a non-surgical alternative, I knew it wouldn't remove 100%, it's still a great product.
