Until now the art of bathing has slipped slowly from our to-do list in favour of a quick shower. But with lockdown, let’s face it, we all have the time to indulge right now. WHEN TO GET OUT
When you step out of the bath is the time to drench your skin in a body moisturiser. Pat your skin dry with a towel (make sure it’s still slightly damp), and then wrap up in a cosy robe and slippers to complete what should be a stress-relieving, relaxing experience that sets you up for a great night’s sleep - fingers crossed.
